Planning Commission approves renewals, grants variance; denies new quarry application

Holz Trust and Teresa J. Holz Trust to place a camper for their son at 21425 Otter Rd "was approved with a limit of 3 years on the permit." Three short‑term rental renewals passed, a conditional use permit for a tower passed, and a quarry renewal passed while a new quarry application was denied.
Falk said the Public Hearing for all Conditional Use Permit applications will be heard by the County Commission on May 4 and that he plans to work with the Planning Commission on minor zoning regulation adjustments for quarries and campgrounds with 10 or fewer campsites. One new short‑term rental application was tabled to the Planning Commission's May 21 meeting.
