Board unanimously approves instructional materials, Gann limit, bond sale and classroom-capacity resolutions

Later motions approved Resolution 2526-04 (Gann Limit, moved by Trustee Bauman, seconded by Trustee Leon), Resolution 2526-05 (General Obligation Bond Sale, moved by Trustee Foulke, seconded by Trustee Bauman) and Resolution 2526-06 (Classroom Capacity for 2025-26, moved by Trustee Leon, seconded by Trustee Bauman). All votes were recorded as 5 yes, 0 no, 0 absent.
Earlier in the meeting the Board also approved the Consent Agenda (minutes and warrants) on a motion by Trustee Bauman, seconded by Trustee Leon, recorded as unanimous.
The minutes list the mover and seconder for each motion and note that all resolutions passed without recorded opposition.
