Neighbors near the Brook Haven site contacted the district with concerns about a tree being taken down and requested the district block off the area while work is done.
A neighbor who backs up to the new barn site requested temporary access through district property while building an accessory dwelling unit; district staff said the neighbor could have access if the neighbor's ADU work takes place before the district's project commences. Brent Ono reported office layout adjustments and a functioning new doorbell at Park Side while major construction is pending.
