Colleen Kabeary reported on Share the Care's recent activity to the commission on March 23, 2026. She said Share the Care distributed 5,596 items in February and, since opening the donation center in 2021, has distributed 84,000 items in total. In February the program served 166 new clients; 60 of the new clients were veterans.
Kabeary also described the group's Stop Falls Program, which completed 10 installations in the previous month, and said five declutter clients were served. She said July is the organization's busiest month and that staff were preparing for the Rock the Block fundraiser.
