Smith also reported the organization's Care Call Program recently moved off a wait-list 'hold' and is now accepting clients again. She described a state benefit rule discussed at the meeting: CalFresh recipients who want to continue benefits beyond a three-month period must volunteer or work 80 hours a month, and Molly's Angels is exploring volunteer recruitment to help eligible clients meet that requirement in Solano and prepare to do so in Napa.
