Jury announces meeting reschedule, assistance to Greensburg and upcoming conferences

At the close of its March 24 meeting the St. Helena Parish Police Jury announced several administrative items. The April 28, 2026, meeting was rescheduled to Monday, April 27, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. due to a scheduling conflict with PJAL Legislative Day.
Clerk Sharonda Brown relayed that the RBM Department will assist the Town of Greensburg with debris removal caused by a collapsed bridge. The minutes also list submission deadlines for the April 14 meeting (items due by noon on Tuesday, April 7) and note upcoming conferences: PJAL Legislative Day (April 28–29, 2026), LEMC (May 4–7), NOBCo (May 7–11) and NACo Annual Conference (July 17–20, 2026).
The meeting adjourned after these announcements and the signing of the minutes by President Quanika H. Muse and Secretary-Treasurer Sharonda Brown.
