Commissioner Merl Page moved to approve three professional-services agreements (two with Finney & Turnipseed for Onaga Road and Havensville Road bridge work and one with Cook, Flatt & Strobel for a replacement bridge east of Emmett) contingent on legal approval of the third agreement; McKee seconded and the motion carried 5-0.
