Following formal action on the tax matter, Council Member Ernie John moved and Council Member Clark Taylor seconded a motion to enter a closed session at 6:47 p.m. to discuss the professional character or competence of an individual under Utah State Code 52-4-204 and 52-4-205. The motion passed unanimously. Mayor Bradley J. Frost, Council Members Staci Carroll, Tim Holley, Ryan Hunter, Ernie John and Clark Taylor met in the downstairs workroom with legal counsel Heather Schriever for the closed-session discussion.
The minutes note the Council met in closed session and reference an attached affidavit for the record. The meeting then adjourned; Deputy Recorder Stephanie Finau signed the minutes.
