Council accepts withdrawal of Chipman/Stake Center annexation application

Development Services Director Patrick O’Brien told the council that sufficient time had passed since the Chipman/Stake Center annexation began and staff recommended the application be withdrawn so the process can restart. Council Member Ernie John moved to accept the withdrawal and Council Member Staci Carroll seconded.
The motion was approved with a unanimous recorded vote. The minutes indicate the application was accepted as withdrawn rather than advancing to a hearing or approval.
