Committee speakers described splitting the material into an ADA accommodations document and a technical procedure based on existing hardware and recommended adding the materials to a new municipal employee resources section of the website.
Board members praised the level of detail and discussed implementation steps including laminated quick‑reference cards for the cart used in remote meetings, QR codes and a desktop folder for hosts. The committee noted the procedures are intended to be a practical interim approach until upgraded infrastructure is available for other town locations.
The board did not vote to adopt a formal townwide policy at this meeting but agreed to review the documents and consider posting them and the proposed employee resources section on the website for departments and public bodies to use.
