Shauna told commissioners she has obtained one roofing quote from Sanchez Roofing of around $65,000 for labor and materials and urged doing the work before winter because of a prior temporary patch and an area that was leaking. “He does recommend for it to be done before winter,” Shauna said; commissioners asked about timing and funding options and deferred final scheduling to later budget meetings.
