County adds $1M federal, $250K county to Washington Road preliminary engineering phase

The board previously approved a project framework in April for $2,538,900 focused on preliminary engineering; staff said rollover MPO funding became available and the county sought an amendment.
Titus said the amendment will add $1,000,000 in federal funds and $250,000 in county funds to the preliminary engineering phase. "This is not going to change the timeline of the project; it will just add additional funding," he said. The item was moved to consent and approved.
