Board approves staining for six picnic tables and schedules kiosk sign installation

The board accepted Four Seasons Painting’s proposal to stain six picnic tables at $400 each, for a total of $2,400, in a motion by Steve Goodman seconded by Karolyn Stone; the motion was unanimously approved. The staining work will proceed under the vendor proposal accepted at the July 8 meeting.
Separately, the board noted signage for each picnic site referencing reservation kiosks has been received and will be installed by Mark Mileti. For the Ford Road park entrance sign, the board asked that Alex Gray contact Signs by Van to arrange design and construction. Those installation tasks will be assigned to staff for scheduling.
