Castle Pines City Council approves consent items, passes ordinance and appoints interim judge

After debate and procedural votes, the council passed Ordinance 24-09 on second reading to accept conveyance of certain recreation properties from the Castle Pines North Metropolitan District. The meeting also approved Resolution 25-05 to appoint Vince White as interim municipal judge; the selection committee and RFP process for a permanent appointment were described by the courts clerk, Carla McCrimmon. "I respectfully request your approval, to move forward with resolution 25 0 5 to appoint judge, Vince White as the interim municipal court judge," McCrimmon said during her presentation.
