Board directs fence repairs and erosion control after partition-fence inspection, declines new agreement

The board reached consensus that the county engineer should send an excavator with a brush head to remove accessible brush along the fence line, plan removal of remaining trees and brush, and design a structure to prevent further erosion of the emergency spillway. County Supervisor Meek said he will contact the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) office to discuss erosion-control options and what the County can contract for. The board decided not to establish a new fence agreement with Mr. Wenke at this time. The meeting adjourned at 6:07 PM.
