Director Crockett told the council the procurement opened on Oct. 15 and attracted six bids; DEH Kingdom was the recommended vendor and arrives at about $12,000 less than the town's prior contract. Council members said DH had worked with the town previously and had performed satisfactorily.
There were no public comments submitted on the item. A council member moved to approve the contract and authorized the town manager to execute the agreement and amendments; the motion passed 5-0.
Staff said the contract is a three-year base term with two one-year renewal options and will be recorded as part of the town's procurement file.
