Council introduces ordinances to sell multiple adjudicated properties; one ordinance amended to remove a parcel

The council introduced ordinances (Summaries No. 4371 and 4373) to sell a set of adjudicated parcels and amended Summary No. 4373 to remove parcel 409600N00006 before reintroducing the ordinance for two parcels. Actions passed unanimously on July 7, 2026.
On July 7, 2026 the St. Bernard Parish Council introduced Summary No. 4371 authorizing the sale of multiple adjudicated properties (parcels 402800000172, 405100J00119, A1230040016A, A1230040018A, B13101900001, B13100600015). The motion to introduce carried unanimously.
The council also introduced Summary No. 4373 to sell adjudicated parcels 409600N00004, 409600N00006 and 409600N00007; during consideration the council voted to amend Summary No. 4373 to remove parcel 409600N00006 from the title and body (the minutes show the parcel details and purchaser/emille bertucci references were struck), and then reintroduced the ordinance as amended to cover parcels 409600N00004 and 409600N00007. All motions and the amendment were adopted unanimously. The clerks’ office maintains the full extracts and amendment language on file.
