Staff says no material changes since prior hearing as council adopts budget

Finance Director Steve Kaplan told the council the final budget presented Sept. 18 reflected work that began in March, followed by an April visioning session and June–July workshops, including two stormwater workshops. He told council members there had been “no material changes” between the prior hearing and the final presentation.
Kaplan thanked department heads and staff for preparing the budget and highlighted work by an assistant who improved the transparency of the budget document. Town Manager also offered thanks to staff and to the mayor and council for their support during the process.
