Roger Kluck moved to have HDR review the application and provide a memo of proposed findings; Travis Zablotney seconded and the motion passed 5-0.
Separately, the board recorded that Surface Drain Permit Application No. 4035 (Rice Lake Recreation Service District) dated May 11, 2012, has been voided; no board action was taken on the voided item.
