The actions included adopting Board Policy 0450 and Administrative Regulation 0450 (Comprehensive Safety Plan); BP/AR 1340 (Access to District Records); creating new BP 1445 and AR 1445 titled "Response to Immigration Enforcement"; adopting BP/AR 5125 and 5125.1 on student records and directory information; and deleting Board Policy 5145.13 and its administrative regulation.
The minutes record the motion to adopt these changes as made by P. Burton and seconded by J. Garcia, with the motion carried 5-0. The district attached the CSBA Policy Guide Sheet to the meeting record for reference.
