EDA approves agenda, March minutes and financial report; next meeting set for May 27

The Economic Development Authority approved the meeting agenda on a motion by Vice Chair Rodney Overby, seconded by Doss Cummings; the motion carried unanimously.
The board approved the March 25, 2026 minutes on a motion by Doss Cummings, seconded by Rodney Overby, and approved the financial report on a motion by Treasurer Danny Foley, seconded by Vice Chair Rodney Overby; both motions carried unanimously. The Authority set its next meeting for May 27, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the second floor conference room of the Patrick County Administration Building.
