Patrick County will use Retail Lease Trac to target prospective retailers; site selection awaits Future Sites Evaluation

Noah Mabe said he and James Houchins are using a commercial service, Retail Lease Trac, which provides contact information for retailers and lets users filter searches by industry, size and demographics. Staff plan to use the tool to help fill vacant commercial spaces where appropriate.
Mabe said they will hold off on actively marketing plots along Highway 58 until the Future Sites Evaluation results are available; the Evaluation will guide which parcels are suitable for recruitment and development.
