The board accepted the Measure I Citizens Bond Oversight Committee’s annual report after watching a prerecorded presentation by chair Paul Ingle. The report highlighted completed projects funded by the 2006 bond, including shade structures at Longley Way and a modular building at Holly Avenue that reached occupancy in winter break 2023.
Ingle said the district’s bond program originally authorized $218 million and credited careful management for allowing set-aside funds for smaller projects. "Occupancy of the Holly Avenue elementary school module building took place in the winter break of 2023," he said in the prerecorded remarks. Board members thanked the oversight committee and approved the report 5–0.
