Ms. Robinson presented the request; the motion passed with Ms. Robinson, Mr. Byrd and Mr. Gottwals voting yes, and accounting will fund the purchase from the 2018 SPLOST.
Chairman Perdue noted the county prefers local dealers but authorized an out-of-area purchase because the vehicle was immediately available and met required specifications; he also thanked Purchasing Department staff for locating the vehicle. No additional conditions were attached to the award.
