Board members reported they are awaiting federal responses in June for two Project Access funding streams. Anton Webre said the BUILD application is pending with an expected federal awarding-agency response in June. Joe Heyman reported the PTF grant was submitted March 18 and likewise expects a June decision.
Heyman said sections of dilapidated wooden fence along the Project Access entrance road need removal; he noted Norview has already installed new signage and removed some fence sections and that he will prepare a written proposal for fence removal to present to the EDA in the coming months. Heyman also said the waterline easement for Norview may need revision or formal establishment and that he will consult Andy Bury, the EDA’s legal counsel handling purchase documents, to determine required actions.
