Gina showed how the new site will host online forms, including an employment application that requires certain fields and attachments before submission. She said the forms will reduce administrative follow-up because required fields will prevent incomplete submissions: "they can't actually submit anything without answering all of this," she said.
The board asked whether business-license renewals will be available online in time for the October renewal cycle. Gina said the system supports such forms and indicated it is feasible to have business-license renewal online for the next renewal period, though staff did not provide a firm, written commitment during the work session. Implementation will be part of the post-launch forms rollout and staff training.
