The board approved the consent agenda covering items 2–10 by a single motion, 5-0. The consent agenda included the May 27, 2025 minutes; claims approval; acceptance of an appointment to the Woodbury Central Community School District board (Chet Verscholar); utility permits for fiber optic placement and right-of-way work; a one-year cigarette/tobacco sales permit for Heritage Express in Sloan; personnel transactions from Human Resources; notice of a property sale resolution; two tax-suspension resolutions; and scheduling three public hearings on proposed zoning-ordinance amendments (borrow-pit classification) for June 17, June 24 and July 1 at 4:45 p.m.
Board members asked no substantive questions and approved the consent items unanimously.
