The Woodbury County Board of Supervisors approved the final plat for the Washmore Addition, a three-lot minor subdivision located in the Agricultural Estates zoning district. Dean Priestley presented the zoning commission's recommendation and said the plat had been reviewed and approved by the zoning commission and by the city under extraterritorial review.
"The zoning commission, of course, sends a recommendation for this final plat, a 3 lot subdivision that happens to be on the appropriate zoning district, Agricultural Estates," Priestley said. The board voted 5-0 to approve the final plat as presented. The approval was presented as agenda item 12(a).
