Board member Greg Grichtmeier recommended discussing public access channels, which local churches and school groups still use, and suggested exploring low-cost service options as part of the franchise discussions. No formal changes to the bylaws or franchise terms were proposed at the April meeting; staff will continue the review and report back as work progresses.
