MWA project updates: DEQ permit nearing completion; Dove Haven design to follow remediation

England said Whitman is expected to deliver preliminary design for the Dove Haven line replacement by the end of April, with final design expected in May; he emphasized MWA must wait until DEQ's remediation contractor finishes work before MWA can replace the line. England also reported that Rosegill submitted plans to the county in March and that Tupelo Street has completed its Utility Service Agreement; the Residences at Rawley Park remain stalled while the developer works to close a funding gap.
