Vice Chairman Carrie Dos Santos called the Middlesex Broadband Authority to order at 5:03 p.m. on April 16, 2026, and board members unanimously approved the minutes of Jan. 15, 2026 after a motion by Greg Grichtmeier and a second from Steven Barnett.
Treasurer Ann Marie Ricardi reported an irregular interest charge that appeared in the November and December statements and said the bank corrected the error in January. She told the board that interest recorded for February and March was $0.18 each. Grichtmeier moved to accept the Treasurer's Report; Barnett seconded and the motion carried unanimously. Ricardi also reminded members that the Board of Supervisors' budget includes $15,000 in funding for the Broadband Authority in the next fiscal year.
