NICE board acknowledges resignations and approves new hires, volunteer coach

The board approved hiring Jessica Scherer as a teacher pending successful completion of all licensure requirements (motion by Kathleen Carlson, supported by John Grove). Each motion was recorded as carried in the minutes.
