“This is about incorporating the Kane County roads...Essentially, what we're looking at doing is is a lot of the livestock producers in Kane County when they move their livestock...We'll use, county roads as as the livestock trail,” Taylor said, describing the proposal as an effort to align county code with on‑the‑ground practices. Commissioners voted to adopt the ordinance after brief discussion and a recommendation from staff.
