Shannon, the planning staff member presenting the application, said the project fits with surrounding uses and road access. “He wants to do a car wash, a laundry mat and eventually storage units,” Shannon said. Commissioners asked clarifying questions about frontage and general‑plan consistency before approving the ordinance by voice vote.
