Commissioner Patty praised Dinsmore’s service and work on the council, noting her role as secretary. “She currently serves as the secretary, keeps all the minutes and keeps everything straight, and we appreciate her willingness to serve,” Patty said during the hearing. Commissioners noted the council can have up to 13 members and that Dinsmore’s new term will extend through 2029.
