The committee ended the meeting by assigning concrete next steps. S1 and S5 will work on revised wording for the 0.667 list and capital timing language; staff will prepare an MOU to allow any agreed changes to take effect this fiscal year if needed; and the committee set a follow‑up meeting for the 12th at 5:30 p.m. to review new language and, where possible, vote on items to send to counsel.
S5 said they would take the discussion back to their select board and report plans and concerns to the committee. "I'll bring that back to my board," S5 said, adding they would ask their board to consider the shared capital/spring warrant proposal and to weigh whether the group's refinements address their concerns.
