On timing, a speaker said the booster-station rehab is estimated at 180 working days once contracts are signed and that long-lead items are being built into bid documents to address supply-chain risks. The satellite plant headworks project is at roughly 90% design and will require a supplemental funding allocation when construction pricing is finalized.
