The Montgomery Town Hall Committee met Oct. 15, 2025, in the Public Safety Building Conference Room. Tosca Smith, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m., and members recorded present were Tara Lumbra, Shane Mercy and Nicole Woodworth; visitor Brad Elliot attended.
The committee unanimously approved the minutes of Sept. 10, 2025, after a motion by Tara Lumbra and a second from Nicole Woodworth. Members reviewed several agenda items including a draft basement policy that the chair will finalize, a clarified rental policy limiting the once‑a‑week class rate to weekly use rather than monthly reservations, and winter maintenance tasks assigned to staff and volunteers. The meeting adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
