A board member nominated Michael Legoff for chairman and the board voted in favor. One board member (S2) said they did not want to hold both the vice-chair post and the ordinance-review committee chair simultaneously, saying it “would not be beneficial to the town or a conflict,” and indicated willingness instead to serve as vice chair. The board then approved Casey as co-chair by voice vote.
Board members thanked the volunteers for stepping forward and moved on to final business before adjournment.
