Adopt A Drain and outreach programs show participation as council plans more events

Workgroups also reported planned deliverables for 2026 including a pesticide/herbicide/fungicide checklist and a map and schedule for drainage-inlet cleaning under a municipal good-housekeeping initiative. No new funding or program changes were enacted at this meeting; staff will continue outreach and return with performance updates.
