Council hears revisions to stormwater management plan tied to draft MS4 permit

Baker said the State Water Board released an informal draft of an updated Phase 2 permit in 2024 that builds on existing practice but raises documentation expectations. Council members discussed how the SWMP revisions and the consultant edits will feed into final adoption and future compliance work, but no formal adoption occurred at this meeting.
