Kevin (Spirit Golf) said fee strategy is complex because of resident vs. nonresident pricing and competitive analysis and that staff are preparing capital wish lists as part of the township's 2027 budget process. On a separate but related capital item, he said engineering and meter sizing work are underway and that permit submission "may go in at the end of the year or may go in early '27," adding "That'll happen by the end of the year" as a planning expectation.
