Kevin reported that food and beverage results through June exceeded budget and credited Friday music nights, watch parties and banquet sales for the gain. He singled out Melissa Dooley’s banquet sales work and staff efforts that allowed the facility to host a private party with roughly 120 guests while keeping weekend golf play moving.
"Our struggle is parking," Kevin said, describing how staff escorted party attendees and shifted operations to accommodate the event. Committee members praised staff flexibility and suggested marketing and township news blasts to broaden awareness of non‑golf offerings such as the women's social and other weekly activities.
