The Mount Holly Select Board completed its annual reorganization at the March 10 meeting, approving Mark Turco as Select Board Chair and confirming a slate of town officers and representatives. Diana Garrow nominated Turco for chair and the motion passed unanimously.
The board also named Phil Crane as Tree Warden and appointed Ann Hansen as E911 Coordinator. Clinton Woolley agreed to continue as the RCSWD representative until a new volunteer is identified. The board set its regular meeting day as the second Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. and designated the Rutland Herald as the newspaper of record after the Vermont Journal requested to continue but was noted as not widely received by residents.
Several assistant clerks and assistant treasurers were appointed, and the board readopted the Town’s Alcohol and Drug Testing Policy and Conflict of Interest Policy for the year. All reorganization motions were approved unanimously; individual roll-call votes were not recorded in the transcript.
