Goodall said staff asked for more instructional development time but cautioned that changes cannot reduce total instructional minutes. Director Mark Simonsen asked, "Will there be a 3‑year calendar in place? Will we start a week early over the next couple of years?" Goodall said the administration will present any significant calendar changes to the board for approval in April and will circulate revisions before that meeting.
