Anna Alicia Horn introduced a presentation by Fernando Benavides, associate superintendent of leadership, and Dr. Leanne Tamplin, director of CTE and CCMR, summarizing recent trends in the district's college, career and military readiness measures.
"The presentation highlighted strong recent growth in CCMR outcomes with district performance increasing more than 20 percentage points over the last 4 school years," Horn said. She said the district plans to use targeted interventions in English and math and to focus on preparedness for college-readiness assessments, including the TSIA2, to continue improving outcomes.
