Mansfield ISD honors students for state and national competitions

Anna Alicia Horn, vice president of the Mansfield ISD Board of Trustees, opened the July regular meeting by announcing a series of student recognitions, highlighting competitive wins across several district high schools.
"These amazing students placed in 1st and 2nd at state," Horn said as she named winners from Frontier STEM Academy and Lake Ridge High School. She also cited Summit High School and Frontier STEM Academy students who placed at state and national competitions, including Jalen Lewis, who placed third at nationals. Horn listed additional top-three finishers from Mansfield, Legacy, Lake Ridge and Frontier STEM Academy and congratulated the students for their achievements.
