Staff said the village commission will decide appointments for several boards at its Dec. 10 meeting and asked members to confirm their interest in remaining on the board. Commissioners then discussed meeting logistics and agreed to pursue in-person meetings beginning in January.
"In December at the December meeting, December 10, the commission will decide and approve, those of you that would like to remain on this board," Staff member (S1) said. The board voted to prioritize short-term aesthetic improvements in Pirates Alley (repaving, landscaping and dumpster screening) and to return with meaningful updates in January about who will champion the project and next steps.
A motion to adjourn was made, seconded and passed by voice vote; the meeting closed at 7:56 p.m.
