Interim CFO and village manager updates; search continues

Leo Cosio (speaker 5) introduced himself as chief of staff to the village manager and described the interim village manager as a familiar former manager able to step into operations quickly.
Board members thanked staff for their work on the budget and asked that the departmental worksheets be circulated. The vice mayor said the village manager will avoid permanent hiring or firing decisions until a permanent village manager is named; he also confirmed Maite has been stepping up to address payroll and ACFR tasks while serving as interim.
