On Farm's Edge (access from Shady Brook Access Road), Alan said the developer identified wetlands and a pond but that July 2026 plans showed a reduced wetlands buffer compared with an earlier delineation. "Why did you reduce the area of the wetlands buffer?" Alan said the EAC will ask the developer to explain the change before the August 5 meeting where the matter is expected to be considered.
